Our inventory is sourced through a third-party wholesale supplier, and availability may change without notice.
While we make every effort to keep items in stock, products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and provide the following options:
Substitute item of equal value
Backorder (if restock is expected)
Full refund
We work closely with our supplier to restock quickly and minimize disruptions.

Orders are processed every Tuesday (except holidays).
Because some items are ordered through our supplier after purchase, processing times may vary slightly based on availability.

You will be notified when your order is ready.
You may be required to sign for items at pickup.

If you did not receive an item you ordered, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us upon receipt. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
